The White House Office of Public Engagement and the White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders will host a Filipino American History Month event. The virtual event is open to the public and will feature a panel with Air Force Undersecretary Gina Ortiz Jones, Deputy Assistant to the President Erika Moritsugu, a panel with Filipino American Biden-Harris appointees, a panel with representatives from community organizations, and more, including: CA Attorney General Rob Bonta, Mayor of San Antonio Ron Nirenberg, OPM White House Liaison Jason Tengco, Filipino American National Historical Society National President Emily P.
